What is the maximum capacity?
Our guest house has two bedroms, each of them is for two people. We also have a pulling sofa in the living room. So, our maximum capacity is six people (4 + 2).
is the guest house well equipped?
Yes. Our summer guest house is build in 2019 with all the necessary appliances such as a mixer, a chopper, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, an air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels...
We also have a free Wi-Fi.
what is nearby?
The apartment is located in a peaceful place called Slime. There is a supermarket that is equipped with all food and non-food products. In Slime, there is a restaurant known for food prepared according to local old recipes. There is also a church in the place, as well as a well-known place for socializing - an outdoor bowling alley. Right next to our country Slime there is a river Cetine with many different with a variety of amenities like rafting and ziplines.
how far is our guest house from the sea and the highway?
Summer Guest House Nika is located near the Adriatic sea and numerous Adriatic beaches such as Brela (10 minutes by car), Pisak (10 minutes by car), Baška Voda (10 minutes by car), Lokva Rogoznica (15 minutes by car) and others. Cities like Omiš (20 minutes by car) and Makarska (15 minutes by car) are also close by.
Runway A1 (exit Šestanovac) is located 15 minutes by car from the apartment.
what are the payment methods?
An advance payment (30% of the total price of the accommodation) is paid 24 hours after the reservation of the accommodation, which is not refundable in case of cancellation. The other 70% of the accommodation price is paid in cash on the spot in Croatian kunas or euros.
what is the cancellation policy?
It can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, provided that 30% of the advance payment will not be returned to the buyer. In case of cancellation within 30 days from the estimated date of arrival, the buyer is obliged to pay the full amount of the estimated price.
